2381 candy crush has a glitch that needs to be fixed! The timers at the top and bottom do NOT react!

The timers at top and bottom do NOT respond to being struck ! They usually lite up when hit but they are not doing that on this level?! No wonder people can't pass this! The timers are not responding at all, FIX this plz !
