I'm currently on level 123. After not being able to pass it for a few days I decided to Google the level and upon watching YouTube videos it seems that other players have 35 moves to beat this level. I am only given 12 moves. How many moves am I supposed to actually have? I tried emailing customer care and they told me to watch more YouTube videos. Which just showed me the same thing. And then told me to come here...

Have the exact same problem— updated the game, turned off the phone- nothing! Frustrating!!
