Consistently overcharged

I just noticed that every time Ive purchased additional lives I have been charged more than double the price posted. My most recent purchases were for 100 lives for what what was supposed to have been $9.99, but on each occasion I was charged more than double (but not consistently the same amount). How do I get this resolved as I just saw that this problem has been reported tons of times for the past several years. I want all of my purchases audited and I want to be credited for all of these overcharges.
