Lost progress

I was on level 397 then the app started to act funny and would keep restarting so I deleted the app and reinstalled it .
Then I logged in to my candy crush account using my email and my Facebook to restore my progress. But it took me back to level 105! I am very disappointed and can’t understand why this happened?
