I am playing Candy Crush on Android on galaxy S8. When I click the F button to connect to Facebook it says 'sorry you dont have access to the kingdom right now'. I have tried on both mobile and wifi. I have re-booted the phone. I am unable to connect and thus cannot sync my levels or get rewards etc. Can you help. Thank you
