Two nights ago I had only one jelly to go so tried twice to purchase $2.90 moves. Didn't get them

Took $2.90 twice but didn't get anything. I was playing candy crush saga on a hard level. I had only one jelly left. I purchased $2.90. Successful purchase indicated couldn't get any further. Checked settings. All in order there (wi ci etc). Decided to risk it so purchased another $2.90 worth. Same again. In short I have spent this money and got nothing in return. I was very upset because I had been trying so long to get to the next level and feel that I was cheated out of getting there. This is not the first time that King has taken money from me and I have failed to get what I have paid for. I am still stuck on the level and I am reluctant to lose more money trying to get to the next one. In any event it is too late now because I gave up on the level concerned so am back where I started. Not happy Jan
