i just got a new phone and the people couldn’t transfer my progress with the candy crush app. I was not registered with Facebook or an email address and am upset I can’t get my progress back. I was close to level 2000. Is there anything you can do?

The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
