How come I RARELY receive my free boosters?? I CANNOT buy ‘em (under threat of divorce- NO JOKE!

I get the usual free daily boosters, in addition to those received free for various reasons, and I RARELY, if EVER, get them. What gives?! I’m playing on my IPHONE 6s version iOS 11.0.3
PLEASE HELP!! It’s been happening for approximately two months but not being very tech saavy, I thought it was me at first. It’s not.
