I have ranked up to 15. I hit claim reward only thing I get is the frame I have yet to get the 5 hours all I have now is the black frame that looks like the color bomb. Then I have a booster that's blocked. I purchased the $2.99 piggy bank plus the $1.99 bonus special at level 1380 with my Google play 5.00 it never gave me my booster I'm getting frustrated.
