My progress and in game purchases were reset when I tried to link my facebook account.

Hi there,
All my progress and in game purchases were reset to brand new when I linked my facebook account to the game so I could move my progress to my new phone. I made a lot of IAPs and was 1200 level +

Hello Rosa- Welcome to the community. Please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress.
The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
