The last few days it opened on Level 1, then refreshed itself at my current level.

Tonight, it won't refresh.  I reloaded it, but it is still at Level 1 and is grayed out.  I am using Chrome if that is info you need.

    Hi Motor Guy-  Welcome to the community. Please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress. The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
