Not getting all my free games.
If I reach my goal and get an extra 5 games. Sometimes I get them all sometimes I don't, Sometimes I get an extra hour or two of free play often I don't get them. Today around 12:40ish I was suppose to get 2 hours of free play. An orange background with a white Yeti came up that said an error has occurred try again later. I almost always lose my free games when this happens.
