How to retrieve my progress level back

I recently updated my phone, and I lost all of my progress level. I was on 826 and I want to know if I can get them back please..

Hello Nicole- Welcome to the community. Please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress.
The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
