You Tube shows individuals who have completed Level 2933 of Candy Crush and they all have 30 moves, yet I only have 20. Why is this the case? And can King please give every player the same number of moves. You are removing the fun out of the game.

Over the past few days on this level I have gotten within one item to collect on several attempts. At that point no strategy works, as no checked candies fall to crush.It is clear that booster purchases must be made to complete the crushing of 2933.
I am on windows 10 chrome and get 22 moves. All others on youtube have 30 moves and look to be PC based. Plus 99% of the time when clearing a ticked ball it turns into Liquorice. Over hundred games and best i have been left with is 4 yellows but usually around 10 or 11.
