Please restore my levels with candy crush and sodalicious, both failed with facebook transfer.

I recently purchased a new device and before transfering, I updated, logged into facebook on the old device and then tried to synch the games to the new device. Both games reset me to level 1 and now I have Jelly Saga to still do, but don't want to loose that too. Please help, I was over 2100 on Candy Crush. I really can't start over. Thank you. - Carolyn
