King does not care anymore...Lost all progress..no reply yet to query
HI, i have been a regular player on candy crush for quite some years now and had reached 2700 levels, but suddenly the levels have been reset to 1 on laptop, tried all the fixes mentioned, raised couple of questions, no reply yet...no acknowledgement
King does not simply care anymore or is it only select users who get thier queries resolved

The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
