Cheating
I don't have a question I just want to give a little feedback on the gaming technique that you are using. There is a lot of cheating on the computers end. When a candy rush is created there are moves that are not being giving that I notice not only in the rush but single moves as well. Also all the graphics that you are using it is to much. It slows the game down especially with candy crush jelly. The candies fall sooooo slow. That needs to be fixed. The graphics are a big issue for me. Also create an in-game event where we can win gold bars not just 1 or 2. For someone who feels they've spent a lot over the years would be awesome. Great game but calm the graphics and cheating because it is noticed.

There is no cheating involved, but perhaps a fault.
I wonder if its related to your graphics problem? Unfortunately because the market for mobiles and devices is so large, the games cannot support everyone out there. If you have a device that is either not main stream or higher end then you experience problems like you have found
