Exclamations on timed level

Iʻm on timed level 2956, and with all the timed levels after making a move, CC has splashy graphics that cover the playing field. Things like "tasty!" This interferes with play and drains much needed time when you have only a few seconds to decide your next move. Love this game, please reconsider this feature.
