Further to my most recent question - I have not received a further 5 hours of unlimited lives.

In my most recent question, I detailed how I progressed in rank position from 1 to 3 and was given five hours unlimited lives, twice - thus, I have not received a total of 10 hours of unlimited lives. However, I continued to play and have progressed again, from rank 3 to 4 and again was given a gift of 5 hours of unlimited lives. But I have not received it either. So now, in total, I have not received 15 hours of unlimited lives. Can someone please help me and I am concerned that this issue may persist, thank you.

Hi Sapphire, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? Do you still need help? This glitch still exists with the infinity of free hours of lives. We are waiting for a fix but it might not be too high up on the studio's priority list.
