Please fix this

Three times in past couple of weeks I have attempted to purchase from the candy shop (candy crush saga). My purchases were $2.99. My need was for less than five candies to complete the game. My order was approved but a dialogue box followed telling me that whiltbapproved my purchase could not be sent due to a connection problem and further attempts would be made to send my purchase. No further attempts were made. And the game I was trying to complete disappeared from my screen. I have already been billed for two purchases I did not recieve, games have been lost. It has left me feeling that those course of events is orchestrated to entice users to purchase more expensive bundles. This sort of thing happens all too often . I am not re i.e. I guess new lives from friends when requested. Some friends are adamant that they have sent lives when requested. What the heck is going on? Please fix this. You have taken money for purchases made but never received.

I don't know the answer. That is why I asked the question
