Hi, I lost my progress since the game on my ipad and the one on facebook were not the same.

I was on my iPad at 2,260 and on my facebook at 345. He asked me on my iPad to same the game with facebook and I said yes and when I opened my iPad I lost my progress of 2,260 and went back to 345 that is on my facebook. How can I restore it. Thank you.
