Completed Level 2975 in one try but no bonus received

For over a month, a message is submitted stating if the Level is completed in one try that I would receive a bonus. Previously, I submitted this question and was informed that it was being trouble shouted. It should have been thoroughly tested before being offered. It still is an issue as I completed Level 2975 and it still is not fixed!
