Why didn't I get the gold bars?

I paid for 50 gold bars and one of each help item(i.e. Pinwheel, chocolate ball, striped candy, lollipop, wrapped candy, etc...). After the payment was successful I only received 14 gold bars and NO extras. And I only had one square left to break in order to go to the next level, which I've been on for weeks, and the game sent me back to the opening screen. Now I have to start the level from the beginning. Please help. I need this gold bars and extras to help pass this level.
