Another missed hours

just recieved another free 6 hours and did not receive the hours on my game. Why award us these and not receive it?

Hi Burntsugars, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? Do you still need help?  Unfortunately that glitch still exists and has been reported to the studio.  I just am not sure where it is on their priority list.
