Passed level 1612 but didn't advance

I just passed a "Super Hard Level" (1612) in Candy Crush but was not advanced to the next level. This normally wouldn't be a huge issue, but I had to use a lot of boosters and extra lives to complete it. There's no way I can pass this level again without all of the extras that I just used up. I'm not sure that anyone on the forum will be able to help, but I'm hoping customer service can access my account and offer assistance. Thank you!
