Purchased a Mystery Box at the cost of $78.75 (tax included), the screen said purchase was unsuccessful. I got billed through PayPal, did not receive the contents of the mystery box, nor any of the included power-ups, hands and the likes... Only received the 500 gold bars which has a value of less than $42.00 without taxes. Sent an email to customer care and the response I got was a link to post here in an open forum. Does any one know what I should do? Any chance that a customer care representative will get back to me personally? Issue occurred playing Candy Crush Saga through Microsoft app.
