Why won't my treasure box populate?

I purchased a treasure box so I could continue to receive gold bars within the game.  This was on 1/8 at 8:38pm.  I know because I received 2 text confirmations regarding the $2.99 charge.  I have the screen shots if you need them.  However, I never got the treasure box to activate in my game.  Can you correct this error and possible provide the gold bars due to me?  I've played quite a bit since the 8th.
