Lost progress on candy crush saga when updated my phone

My daughter has just had a new phone but candy crush didn't transfer over with the rest of the apps. We logged in on facebook so we could save her progress but when we signed in on the new phone it had sent her back to the begining. We have also tried to sign in with the email address on the kingdom but that also doesn't save her progress. Please could you let us know what to do to retrieve her game.
