How to get my progress lvl 829 back?

I have been playing on a Kindle fire and recently got a new one but never signed in through facebook so I created a new facebook account to sync my data because it prompted me to save my data through facebook and it said it was a success but reset my progress to level 1 but then I logged on to my new kindle and it sync it to level 9. PLEASE HELP
