Locked out of progress on candy crush

Facebook has locked me out of my account without explanation other than asking me to provide a profile photo and that they'll be in touch once they've reviewed it. I was at level 166X on candy crush but am now unable to play at that level due to my progress being saved on my facebook account. How can i retrieve my candy crush progress other than by facebook please?
