Hello - same problem as many previous questions -sorry. just backed up and factory reset my Samsung Galaxy 2 tablet. Restored the game and all progress lost. I wasn't logged in via facebook and in fact don't think I had even registered before (tried all 3 email addresses I would normally use and all said "not registered") hence I just signed up to Kingcare. Anything that can be done? Was on around level 400. Thanks
