Why aren't I able to report a problem with the app?

I was playing the Universal Love challenge and after using some boosters made it to the very last round. Whilst there the challenge was to collect/drop down all the ingredients or whatever which I did without using all my swipe turns, but the app continued to state that I hadn't dropped everything down when I did. I used up all the rest of my turns and then the app told me I didn't clear the level and I lost not only 3 lives after but also boosters that I had used to get there. I wanted to know what happened but after spending 2 hrs trying to find any contact info or email this is the closets I've gotten. Please help!
