I keep requesting tickets to get to the next level but no-one is receiving my requests.  There is no time specified when tickets will automatically be given to me by the game - the time to wait comes up as all zeroes.  I am playing on King.com and have asked for help four times already and get no response. Same response every time - I am told how to solve the problem by going through Facebook but I'm not playing on Facebook!
