My CC froze so deleted then reinstalled now my progress is lost even though I’ve connected to FB now I’m on level 1

Hi Lesley, your level is not lost because Facebook saves your progress. Shut down your mobile device and then open it again. Clear out the history and then log out of Facebook and log back in and you should be back to your current level.
