my levels are not syncing. Ipad and iPhone not same levels
iphone is at 2061
ipad at 1884

Hi Claire, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? If you have not been playing through Facebook then the levels will not be at the same. Facebook and the Kingdom will save your progress but if you don't use either one of them then it cannot sync with anything at all. Please write back to let us know your levels on both and perhaps I can elevate this to a King Admin to bring the lower level up but please, please, please in the future if you haven't used Facebook or the Kingdom please start now.
