Why isn't there a confirm/cancel button? I see that this question was asked 2 years ago and the problem still exists. I cannot control when my screen jumps just as I am about to click on Quit Game. But I/we should have a second chance. I would never use 10+ gold bars just to buy 5 moves.

This is not a problem in the game - none of the in-game items like extra moves, extra lives or boosters require a double confirmation. 

There's no time limit to end or extend the game so you can take your time and then if you want to quit the game, x out the pop up.
