Lost levels
Hi Queen B, you asked if my wife saved her games to FB or Kingdom sadly no but she is gutted she has to start all over again.....is there some way she can recover the lost levels when I backed up the iPad?? She was given an emoji for her name "Jean" I don't know if this would help any.

Hi there, sorry for the delay in responding and I thank you very much for posting here on King Care. I can try to help you retrieve those levels if you write back here and let me know where she was at. I can then elevate it to a King Admin who can help her with that.
