I can't log into my king account it always says unknown error occurred. And on my phone my facebook won't connect to my account. It keeps saying you don't have access to the kingdom right now. I'm on level 312 on my phone but on the computer it says 305. I do not want to lose my games I've already played. King care isn't doing anything to help either.
