Bought a Beginner's Pack, doesn't appear in game

Hi, I was at the end of a level and bought the Beginner's Pack to continue playing. FB has blocked using my card for payment, so had to use POLI, and it failed after leaving the payment successful page, couldn't return to the game. I finally had to click Cancel, and return to the game with no pack added. Checked my bank this morning and the money has been taken out of my account. Can you please check and either add the pack or refund payment. Cheers
