lvl 2621 technical problem help please

Hi I am on level 2621, it keeps going to the monkey we have a technical problem page, every time I use a round ball. I have tried not using it, if I accidentally make one, but as you play it seems to use it automatically, so again that darn monkey re-appears  telling me you have a problem and to come back in a minute. Can you please fix this, as the level is ridicules enough, as it is. Without a technical problem making it even harder. My ID: 1029137868. Thanks
