Game reset back to level 1

I am at level 2534 and find that I’m no longer having fun. I enjoyed the earlier levels and would like to start over without having to create a new Facebook account... as I also enjoy playing against friends and who for the most part are 2000 levels behind me. Is it possible to reset my account?

I played five levels and then I ended back on level 2534. I followed the instructions but my level came back. Boosts stayed zeroed out so it didn’t completely go back. So I guess the reset only partially took place. Don’t care about my boosts - just want a new start. Don’t have the game on any other device. I play on an iPad Air 2. Am I missing any steps?
