Candy Crush level 2598

Hi.  I am finding it IMPOSSIBLE to pass level 2598.  I have looked up videos and see that this level "use to have" 18 moves and 4 ingredients.  Now, it requires 16 moves to get 5 ingredients.  Good grief.  :-/   I have actually gotten down to needing 1 ingredient, but that's with using several boosters.  I CANNOT get to that 5th ingredient at all, and usually can't get that close ever.  Also, that 'obstacle' - not sure what you call it, keeps regenerating & creating the block AGAIN way too fast.  I see where this same question was asked about 6 months ago, but there were no answers.  Just frustrated players, like myself.  :-(     WHY do they keep changing some levels to make them harder??   This was hard enough beforehand, I'm sure.    Any advice for this level?
