Technical problem with Jackpot

During the years I have been playing Candy Crush I have hit the jackpot twice and have received nothing!

First time I just assumed as I came out of the daily spin it would no longer apply but it happened again and still did not receive anything.

Please can you look into this?

Also new levels are not keeping up with demands as I am always reaching the end
