I am on level 2400 everyone I talk to has had the magic helmet challenge why not me?

Why dont you make it fair so everyone can get a magic helmet challenge? I spend $ and play daily but still I have never seen a magic helmet challenge offered I am begining to think its time to find a new game to play!
