game freezes when i use the candies

for almost a wk ive been losing my candies, each time i use them my game freezes up. very disturbing says your working on it but it's been long enough for you to fix it. I'm on level 1100. PLEASE FIX IT

Hi Joan, We are aware of this issue and the King team is working to correct this now.  Please do not use the color bomb until it has been resolved.
