How to transfer offline candy crush level to another device

Hi Team,

My sister played Candy Crush on her office iPad and now she's at Level#2200

then she needs to return the iPad back to her office. 

she never login King.com and Facebook (always play offline)

so please advise how she can move her levels to another device?

@Fran please can you ask your sister to create an account now either Kingdom or Facebook and then reply here so that I can get in touch with her :-)

Unfortunately when you don't play the game through Facebook the levels don't get saved.  Facebook saves your progress.  I can try to elevate this to a King Admin but please let her know that in the future she needs to always log into Facebook.
