I a question on candy crush game 149.

There are 3 icons to win the game the one in the middle is an envelope looking on in the middle I cannot tell what it is any help would be appreciated. I get all the other to finish the game but not that one. thank you

-Collect 99 Blue Candies

-Match two Wrapped Candies with each other

-Collect 15 Striped Candies
