On the candy drop wheel, it keeps saying to connect to claim your awards and continue collecting?  Why?  I am clearly connected.

Hi Lisa, since you asked this question a few days ago has it resolved yet?  Please give us more details if you are still having the same issue - where are you playing the game?  Computer? Mobile?  Are you playing through Facebook?

No, it is not solved. Facebook/computer/mobile/iPad...only in Chrome

It appears this has been happening for years.  Candy Crush, why can you not fix this problem?
