i load game but then i get a pink blank screen other king games are fine

when loading game from within facebook  it goes through the motion of loading and then when finishes I have all the edge icons music settings etc but play area is totally pink? not enabling me to select a level or play the game?

Hi Helen, are you, by any chance, playing the game through the Facebook Gameroom because that has been causing a lot of freezing.  Can you possibly send us a print screen to show us this message?
