I lost all my levels for candy crush, toy blast and cookie jam! how can I get them back? Help!

my kindle died and i had to replace it.  i lost all my levels in candy crush (1293), toy blast in the 500s and cookie jam in the 700s.  Can you please help me get them back!  I can't start at 0!!!!!
